About Smallgrove
(Almost) Everything you ever wanted to know
A product of my years working in corporate and agency environments, Smallgrove was founded on the idea that big ideas start small.
While comfortable in board rooms and at trade shows, I'm really just a jeans and t-shirt sort of guy who enjoys music, photography and hanging out with his wife and daughter.
Since my first freelance project in 1997, I've worked in academic, corporate and studio environments. My primary focus has been on the planning, designing and providing of front-end creative support for web sites and web based applications.
Recently featured in several online design galleries, Smallgrove is a product of my years of experience in web design. It is thanks to that background that I am able to offer a wide range of services, including web and identity design, coding and maintenance, Flash development and Dreamweaver/Contribute integration.
Fluent in HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript, I'm fully proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Flash, Dreamweaver, Contribute and Quark. I also have a good deal of experience with ColdFusion, Perl, PHP, CGI, and SQL.
